Limestone baseball’s campaign just a year ago culminated in finishing fifth in a loaded Mid-Illini Conference, and a record above .500 for the first time in five years.
With a slew of nine seniors that head coach Tyler Christiansen has been developing for two years, this hungry Rockets squad will look to use that experience to tackle a challenging schedule and prove to everyone that their winning ways are here to stay.
Christiansen, a Limestone alum with experience coaching many different sports, believes this team has what it takes to put plaques up in the trophy cases he used to walk by every day 15 years ago.
