Baseball is a game of highs and lows, and nobody knows that better than this year’s Tremont Turks baseball squad.
Tremont had a respectable .500 record a year ago but went a stellar 19-6 the year prior. Under the coaching of Eddie Betson, who has spent the last few seasons coaching the sophomores at Metamora, they believe they have what it takes to be the top dog again in an always-tough Heart of Illinois conference.
