Bloomington and Peoria High have used high-powered offenses and dominant defenses to put together impressive regular seasons. Now, both teams who are already playoff-bound have a chance at sole possession of second place in the Big 12 Conference.
Bloomington (6-1, 5-1) visits Peoria High (6-1, 5-1) on Friday at 7:30 p.m. at historic Peoria Stadium in a game that could see plenty of offensive scoring between both teams. The Raiders are riding high on momentum after a 34-7 home win over Peoria Notre Dame at Fred Carlton Field last Friday while Peoria High dominated Champaign Central to the tune of 44-2 in its last showing.
