There's plenty of steam keeping the train of good football games chugging across Central Illinois as the season enters Week 4.
The conference season is in full swing for every team in the area but three teams will face non-conference foes this Friday, including Normal Community (at Kankakee), Fieldcrest (vs. Westmont) and Elmwood/Brimfield (at Decatur St. Teresa).
Three crosstown matchup dot the Big 12 schedule with PND taking on Richwoods in a rivalry game, Manual clashing with Peoria High and Bloomington dueling with Normal West. The Mid-Illini's slate is headlined by Morton at Metamora and Washington at Pekin. Bloomington Central Catholic, Normal U-High. and Princeville all have big games as well this week.
