Many area football teams receive votes, few ranked in Week 5 AP statewide rankings

Three football teams in the Peoria and Bloomington/Normal area maintained their spots in the latest Associated Press statewide rankings while 11 were not ranked in the top 10 of their respective class, but received votes.
