Monday night’s high school girls basketball slate featured a mix of conference matchups and non-conference tune-ups. Tremont, Eureka, Tri-Valley and Dee-Mack all earned Heart of Illinois wins. Peoria Notre Dame dominated at Elmwood and Princeville won big at Galva.
The boys slate featured two games that kickstarted the ICAC Tournament with Peoria Christian bouncing back with a win after a heartbreaking loss at the Clinton New Years Shootout and Elmwood beating Delavan.
