Some of the area’s best baseball teams battled on the diamond with Washington playing Eureka, Limestone and Canton’s Mid-Illini battle and Normal Community took on Peoria Notre Dame in a great Big Twelve matchup.
The softball games featured big time individual performances by Lexi Cottingham, Makaylynne Correa and Schyer Meinders for their respective teams. In girls soccer, Peoria Notre Dame won a key game and Intercity play starting in Bloomington/Normal.
