The Roundup, March 4, 2025: Strong postseason showings in boys hoops highlighted by big Metamora comeback

Central Illinois boys basketball flexed its muscles in the sectional semifinals on Tuesday night as four area teams prevailed and three of them took down highly-regarded teams from other portions of the state.

Metamora used a 20-0 run to pull off an improbable comeback against Kankakee, while Manual, Normal Community and Princeville all picked up double-digit wins.
