Tuesday’s slate of games was one of the biggest of the entire fall season in the area with dozens of contests in volleyball and soccer plus several key events in golf and cross country.

Limestone and Morton volleyball won to take the top two spots in the Mid-Illini while conference powers in boys soccer rolled to wins. In the Big 12, Normal West won in volleyball and boys soccer and PND used a strong second-half effort on the pitch in a key conference game.
